Kerry Washington, known to us as the scandalous, President Fitz-loving Olivia Pope, graces the new cover of the Hollywood Reporter with other primetime actors as the queen of her coveted time slot. Steal Her Chic: Solange in White Jumpsuit at Cannes Film Festival

Solange did it again, y’all. She has single handedly shut Cannes fashion down in a Stephane Rolland Fall 2013 White Ruffled Jumpsuit. The chanteuse/actor/fashion goddess donned a fresh, milky white jumpsuit to her performance at the Vanity Fair party at Tetu Restaurant in Cannes. She served it up, and they ate it.

Looking like a tall glass of milk, our favorite, fashionable Knowles went for a simple and classic beauty look by pairing a bold red lip with a fresh face. The suit was accented with a simple clutch and demure nude sandals. The fact that the intricate details of the jumpsuit didn't overshadow her shape or her skin’s radiance proves just how fierce Solange is. Is there anything she doesn't look good in?

Steal Her Chic: Model Nazanin Mandi at Billboard Music Awards

The first step to overcoming an addiction is admitting to having a problem, and Nazanin Mandi stylishly contributing to our leather obsession is SO not helping. Spotted at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas with her long time love & musical sensation Miguel Jontel Pimentel (we just had to put his full government in there, has a ring to it) she was rocking a simple leather tube top and Saint Laurent chain-trimmed leather mini skirt complimenting her shape and personal edgy style.

Showing so much skin has never looked so minimal and tasteful. She topped her look off with silver ankle strapped heels. We loved this look because it was edgy, yet appropriate. Not to mention her flawless natural make-up. 2 snaps and a twirl! The skirt alone was over $2,000, but you all know how we do it here, ballin' on a fab LBS budget. Steal her chic? Steal Her Chic: Rihanna in Leather & Denim Cutoffs

Rihanna is forever slaying. The Barbadian-crooner was spotted at a NBA playoff game giving life in cutoff mini shorts, a Givenchy Nappa Leather Top and Brian Atwood Isabeli gladiator pumps. Riri – who has finally wrapped up her Diamonds world tour – is the epitome of rockstar chic with this trendy, casual fit.

I especially love Rihanna’s decision to don tons of gold jewels to amp this look. She’s decked in bangles, rings and a thin necklace. Ri is her own best marketer. She added a pop of color to the look by sporting her sold-out RiRi Woo lipstick by MAC and a gorg red Céline clutch. I couldn’t even afford the clutch, but we can all steal Rihanna’s chic for much less:

Last night in NYC, Roc Nation songstress Rita Ora showed up to the Elle Women in Music event, sponsored by Covergirl, donning a black high-low dress, a white tie-neck blouse, leather Mary Janes and a floppy suede black hat - all by Saint Laurent. She looked sophisticated with a touch of downtown cool. I loved how she played with classic black and white using trendy silhouettes.

"I prepped Rita's hair with Ojon's Rare Blend Oil Treatment (2). Once dried, I used a 1" Curling Wand (1) to create loose waves. I left some of the ends straight for a not so perfect look," says stylist Cynthia Alvarez.

"Once the whole head was curled, I raked a quarter-sized amount of Tigi Catwalk Session Series Styling Creme (3) through the hair to break up the curls and add definition. A spritz of Oribe Superfine Hairspray (4) completes this look."

Spotted: Melanie Fiona, Rita Ora, Cassie & More at Paper Magazine Nightlife Awards

The celebrity hotspot on Tuesday night was undoubtedly Webster hall. Stars showed up at the NYC venue for the 8th Annual Paper Magazine Nightlife Awards Presented by Hennessy V.S to hang out in VIP and sip specially made cocktails from the Limited Edition Hennessy V.S Futura bottle.

Unofficial LBS "It" girl, Rita Ora was spotted parleying Music Matters artist Melanie Fiona - whom surprised us with how well she wears blonde hair (check out our Fierce or Foolish post HERE)! Her not-so-goldie locks were expertly coiffed by celebrity hairstylist Keith Black who's having a book launch next week that LBS is attending - can't wait. We'll be sure to ask him all about the new cut.

Diddy's current love interest and Bad Boy songstress Cassie Ventura was also in the building.

As were rapper Wale and model/socialite Jessica White.

UK-bred bombshell Estelle was in the building as well.

Black leather seemed to be the theme on the floor, with red carpet divas Melanie Fiona, Rita Ora, Cassie, Estelle, and Jessica White sporting it in some way, shape or form. We're loving how chic these ladies looked in their ensembles but we're obsessed with Rita Ora's chic leather ensemble.

This past weekend, actress and singer Keke Palmer was spotted at the 2012 Do Something Awards looking extremely sophisticated in a white shift dress, black pump and heels. Solange Knowles looked absolutely gorgeous last night at the opening of Dream Downtown in NYC. After the ASH flagship opening, she showed up to Dream donning a delicate Alexander Wang blouse, Honor wide-legged trousers and jewels from Dannijo and House of Waris.
