This weekend, I returned to my old stomping grounds to partake in the
Budweiser Made In America Festival. I spent four years in Philadelphia for my undergrad studies, so it felt good to be back in the City of Brotherly love, even if the trip was brief. Get into the sights, smiles & street style I bumped into at the festival:
The eye gear at the festival was everything. From coke bottle top spectacles to wayfarers and aviators. Spotted lots of awesome eyewear. This beauty was standing near me during the Janelle Monae set. Had to snap her pic!
If this isn't free advertising for Nike, I don't know what is. I thought her tattoo was really awesome.
The hair! Can't forget the awesome hair & head gear. From golden chains to flower crowns, box braids and turbans. People got really creative.
Loved her updo! Should've asked her for a tutorial. That would've been awkward huh? Yeah I know.
