Fierce or Foolish: Tika Sumpter in Tracy Reese
I absolutely love this look on Tika Sumpter. She showed up to the CFDA Awards yesterday evening donning this Tracy Reese floor length lace number. I think she looks stunning. I'm always gawking at Tika's beautiful complexion and well-suited makeup look. Might have to reach out to her about her makeup faves. Stay tuned.

Cover Girls: Jada Pinkett-Smith for UPTOWN Magazine
Those of you who are old school fans of Jada Pinkett back when she was Lena on "A Different World" can sympathize with me on this. I can only dream of looking this fabulous at her age. UPTOWN Magazine released an exclusive cover story with the super mom. Her family is practically entertainment royalty at this point. Gotta love it!
Kickin' It: Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic
This past Sunday, June 5th in NYC, premier champagne company Vueve Clicquot hosted their annual Polo Classic competition. The Vueve Clicquot Polo Classic is an annual charity event held on New York's Governor's Island. It's completely open to the public and folks come out for champagne, picnic fun & people-watching. I would describe it as a 3 hour version of the Kentucky Derby, with way more champagne. Folks came out in droves decked head to toe in preppy chic, big hats and penny loafers. Nicki Minaj showed up to the black carpet of the MTV Movie Awards donning a black bra, a fitted vest with gold hardware, cropped tan pants and glitter wedges. Love the vest, love the shoes, hate the bare boobies. I'm gonna go with foolish.

LoveBrownSugar: Short & Sweet
Like the title suggests, I won't say much. All I'm going to say is that I'm in LOVE with this H&M romper. I tweeted about it the day I bought it and it has been my obsession ever since.
