Fierce or Foolish: Kelis in Oversized Chains

I write a daily column for Honey called Killer Bees, highlighting the sweetest celebrity outfits of the week. I scouted a pic for Killer Bees yesterday and couldn't resist but highlighting it. Are you guys feeling Kelis in the red, black and oversized chains?

As crazy as these chains look, I'm almost in love. What do you guys think? Fierce or Foolish?
